On Sunday, April 20th, 2008 Fox News in Chicago reports on a story that GTA IV ads are to violent for public streets. The weekend was a violent one with over 2 dozen people shot. This sparked outrage against the Grand Theft Auto IV ads on CTA buses.
Many dwellers in the Chicago area are concerned that these ads are making individuals make the wrong choices. Somehow making a connection that most or all violent actions are created because of violent games.
We are pleased to note that not all citizens feel the game is causing mayhem, however, Fox News only talked to one individual on that side of the argument.
Even the Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich agrees that the ad campaign should not be allowed. Agreeing that it is just to violent for the public eye. Unfortunately for him, this falls still under the first amendment right to free speech.
Lets pray that people will violent wise up to what our parents have/should of taught us at a very young age. Which would be to take responsibility for your own actions and that does not mean blame it on a video game.
However, we are disappointed to report that CTA is removing all the GTA IV ads. Goes to show that people that do not think correctly about the situation is getting there way with no highway.

We are gonna have a screenshot of the latest build of DeoXMS. The screenshot focuses mainly on the news page, which in our development setup is our main page.
On your install, you can set your default page to any page you like.

Some key features noted are the pinned news feature, which is a given. Also, it shows the "Bumped" news topic feature as well. Its a nice feature if you update a news article yet not worthy of a pinned status. The hope is that this feature will revolutionize the way news is displayed on websites.
It also features a very small sneak peak into DeoX Cart, as well.

As soon as we finish most of the Forum program, then we will update the main site as well as transfer this forum database to the new forum.

We still need to work out the bugs in the text editor though which is very nice but a real pain in the kisser to work with.

Our goal is to get the core programs out and then give you all the bells and whistles on later releases.
As I progress on the program, even I am amazed at how things are done with this program.

More on the Admin CP. The Admin CP is very beautiful. Menus are based on a tab structure with three different "menus" tabulated. The first skin setup for these tabs was awkward and has been redesigned in a way that feels much more comfortable and less confusing.

Just checked over at GTA Networks GTAIV page and it seems Rockstar Social Club will not be opening registration until Thursday, 4.17.08.
Not entirely sure why, but maybe it has a little something to do with tax time. Maybe they are a little busy crunching those numbers, or maybe not.

According to Rockstar, additional features such as competitions and challenges will be added following the release of GTA4 on April 29th, 2008. The release of the new GTA4 trailer came at 10:00 PM ET last night.
This trailer is the last trailer launched before the official launch of GTA4 on April 29th, 2008 worldwide. As well as being launched simutainously on PS3 and Xbox360.

Rockstar also announced with little information of Rockstar Social Club. Registration for this site will open on April 15th, 2008. Which many Americans will be sweating and driving crazily to the post office and flooding the internet as its the last day to file Taxes.

• CPD Police Blotter - A virtual map and tracker of single-player criminal activity logged in Liberty City from the aggregated data of millions of connected players - showing the most dangerous areas of town, most commonly used weapons and more.
• The Story Gang - This special single-player leaderboard recognizes players who complete Niko Bellic's main story arc of Grand Theft Auto IV - The leaderboard ranks players according to the total amount of playing time it's taken to complete the story, as well as a historical rank by who has completed it first. Members of this club will receive special online widgets and merit badges marking all of their in-game accomplishments.
• The 100% Club - Watch to see who will be the first to complete 100% of the game. The first ten people to be identified on the Social Club as reaching 100% will be sent an ultra-rare commemorative 'key to the city' to mark their accomplishment. In the future, the 100% Club will then carry a historical leaderboard showing rankings of who has completed 100% of a game in the shortest span of playing hours.
• The Hall of Fame -- This area will dynamically recognize those singularly elite players who have reached the top of the hill on various statistical leaderboards, and will also contain a personal awards display of special in-game landmarks and successes in Social Club competitions.
• The Liberty City Marathon -- A ranking of special physical milestones achieved in the game - from the amount of miles walked, driven, or swam - to the number of bullets fired and stunt-jumps jumped. There will be additional special marathon-based competitions in the future from this area as well.

Along with Multiplayer info all over the net. Yes, thats right, I said it. Online Multiplayer for GTA4. However, thats just a repeat of information we all should already know.
We plan on keep up to date information on GTA4 for, lets face it, this game is cool.
